White Ribbon UK is the leading organisation working to prevent men’s violence against women and girls by promoting equality, positive masculinity, and healthy relationships. Our work transforms communities and workplaces and makes a real difference in ending violence. We reach many thousands of people, but we can’t do any of this without passionate and highly effective people working within our team.

We’re a registered charity headquartered in West Yorkshire. Our current team members work remotely from Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester. Whenever possible, we collaborate in person at our main office in Hebden Bridge.

Business and Training Development Officer

White Ribbon UK are currently on the look out for a Business and Training Development Officer.

As a Business and Training Development Officer, you will be reporting to, and working closely with, the Business Development Manager to grow and develop the number of White Ribbon Accredited Organisations and workplaces using our training programmes.

You will be responsible for delivering Accreditation, including Supporter Organisations, and for coordinating and developing training, ensuring that all standards are met, and facilitating continuous improvement. You will work with other team members to recruit new Ambassadors and Champions and provide information and opportunities for existing Ambassadors and Champions. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging and motivating Accredited Organisations and Supporter Organisations to participate in White Ribbon Day.

The deadline for applications is Friday 25th April at 12pm. The first round of interviews will take place on Tuesday 6th May.
